Enjoy our menu

At Strand90 we smoke our own salmon. We start with a fresh part Norwegian salmon of approx. 1.2 kg. The first step in this process is to brine the salmon 24 hours with rough sea salt. After this the salmon is rinsed and dried for 24 hours. As a final step, the salmon is placed in our smoker for 6 hours where it is cold smoked. Home-smoked salmon, with a lot of time, care and attention, prepared and tasted in different combinations at Strand90! Curious about our complete menu?
